Group Decision Methods There are several group decision methods. These methods include Delphi, brainstorming, market surveys, and scenario development (Tidd & Bessant, 2020) . The Delphi method and customer surveys use two different groups of people to make decisions, let us look at them. Delphi method The Delphi method uses outside experts to build a consensus decision (Tidd & Bessant, 2020) . RAN corporation developed the technique to predict technology's effects on the modern battlefield in the 1950s (Berry & Booth, 2022) . This technique starts with a broad survey of the experts, then refined in a second survey round. The refinement continues iteratively to derive the decision. Tidd and Bessant (2020) point out that the surveys the experts complete and turn in are done to remove any bias from face-to-face meetings.
